These Terms of Service govern your use of morrowcade.com and the games provided through it, including Turn Order. The operator of Morrowcade is identified in the Impressum (Legal Notice).

1. The service

Morrowcade provides browser-based games for entertainment. The games are currently free to play, require no user account, and contain no purchases or subscriptions.

Game rules and features may be changed, added, or removed as the site develops. This may include changing puzzles, scoring or move-count systems, daily schedules, and anonymous comparison features.

2. Your use of Morrowcade

You may use Morrowcade for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may also use the sharing feature provided by a game to share your own result.

You may livestream yourself playing Morrowcade games and create videos featuring gameplay for video and streaming platforms. This permission also applies to monetized channels and monetized content, provided that you do not claim ownership of a Morrowcade game, present yourself as its creator or official publisher, or distribute the game itself. Normal platform features such as clips, recordings, thumbnails, commentary, reviews, and links to Morrowcade are permitted.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, server, or database;
• use automated requests, scripts, or other tools to manipulate submissions or daily statistics;
• deliberately circumvent limits such as a game's one-attempt rule; or
• copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit a game or other site content without permission.

3. Results, progress, and statistics

Some game information may be stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser data, blocking local storage, changing devices, or using private-browsing mode may cause progress or results to be lost or treated as new.

Completed results may contribute to anonymous daily statistics, such as the average number of moves and the number of completed submissions. These statistics are provided for informal comparison and may be corrected or removed if they are inaccurate, manipulated, or affected by a technical problem.

4. Intellectual property

The games, puzzles, software, designs, text, graphics, and other content on Morrowcade are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to the operator or their respective licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

Normal use in a web browser, sharing through a feature provided by the site, and the streaming and video uses expressly permitted in section 2 are allowed. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use requires prior permission unless the law expressly allows it.

5. Availability and changes

Morrowcade is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised. A game or daily puzzle may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, or changes to the service.

The operator may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or its statistics from misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

6. External links

Morrowcade may link to third-party websites. Their operators are responsible for their own content, availability, and data practices. A link does not mean that Morrowcade controls or endorses that website.

7. Privacy

Information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated for future use of Morrowcade when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory law.

9. Final provision

If an individual provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The invalid or unenforceable provision is replaced only by the applicable statutory rule.
