Order changes everything.

  3. Pushers step one square or push a piece, then turn around.
  4. Land every piece on its matching symbol.
  5. Undo and Restart never remove moves from your final result.

A piece may need to leave its beacon, or become someone else's blocker, before the board can be solved.
